Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 30 days of payment, even if you have already downloaded the files. You do not need to give a reason.

Email support@uk-earns-easy.lovable.app from the address used at checkout and include your order ID. We reply within 2 business days.

You can also contact Paddle support using the link in your receipt email.

Once approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method. It typically takes 3 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Download access is revoked and you must delete any copies of the materials you have downloaded.

If a file will not open or a link does not work, contact us first — we usually fix it the same day and resend the materials.
