The digital products on this site are sold by Tomas Matulevicius.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, tax, invoicing and payment-related enquiries. Paddle will appear on your card statement.

The book (PDF, EPUB and DOCX in Russian and English) and/or the course materials — the 8, 12 and 16-week programmes. These are digital files for personal use; nothing is shipped physically.

Access is unlocked immediately after successful payment and stays tied to your purchase. Your order ID lets you restore access from the account page.

All text, images and materials are owned by Tomas Matulevicius and protected by copyright.

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials. You may not resell, publish, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from them without written permission.

You must not bypass paid access, share download links, scrape the content, interfere with the operation of the site, use the materials unlawfully, or resell them as your own.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or in case of fraudulent payment, chargeback or abuse of access. Refunds are not guaranteed where terms have been breached.

The materials are educational and are not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any training. You train at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the materials.

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
